Hello!
 I am still here, just been a rather quiet lately, as I am still just plodding along with jog/walk sessions to recover my calf. Also had a few things with the open university course I am doing exams etc so have been more stressed than usual.

I have let things slide with training as not felt very positive but going to make a concerted effort to get myself back on track, and get control of anxiety and depression which is high due to not being able to do some of the things which help.


hope this finds all well, tomorrow is a new day lets hope its a good one!
