not posted as much as things have been a struggle, feeling very flat an empty hard to focus and find any positivity.  I am going to try find some and run later...but this is depression just takes away all positivity and pleasure in life and makes everything little thing so difficult

anxiety has picked up last few days, yesterday took me nearly 3 hours before could face leaving my room. all too much and then depression in between as well. hope things improve its not helping my leg is taking a long time to heal so limited on running etc at the moment and my old back injury is bad too, although a new bed arriving soon which hopefully will help as ortho mattress (that's me in debt!), needed this for a while as I'm always going to have this back injury.

I read a post on the Helly Hansen facebook wall about their support for "Segelrebellen" or "Sailing rebels", a German non-profit organization, makes it their goal to support young adults who suffer from cancer.

more details can be found over there but worth supporting I think

Hi all
another day another 3 miles(23:43)..went out a bit too quick on first 2 miles about 7:25/mile pace  and started feel it in my calf so had to slow down in last mile, will need take it easy on calf next few days.

Ron Hill -#RunEveryDay they are 'Running' a competition

the folks at Ron Hill are running a challenge on their social media facebook/twitter etc to promote people to run at least a mile a day during October/2015, worth getting involved a good idea plus they are giving away some prizes too.

bit speedier today on the 3miler (24:50) 2 slower laps with a 7:46 mile in between which felt ok too! also I finally did a feedback session I needed do for some depression treatment I've had I find these difficult as they make me feel worse as just remind me of all my problems...

so done some things today, have a good day all

a quick 2 miler (well a slow pace 17:48)  but did the job and stretch my legs out before daily foam roller work on my injury.

Firstly well done Japan in the rugby great performance!
I stuck with 3 miles jog today and deliberately slowed pace(26:30) speeded up yesterday and I need keep it slower for a while,as heal up. hard to keep pace down sometimes as feel ok and want let my legs go! but soon as gets a little too much get twinge and a reminder drop speed down and heal!

being able to jog again has helped a lot with my mood, just gives me that breathing space when depression and anxiety builds up.

off to my tv to watch rugby again!
