happy day!

Hi folks
pleased today managed 4 mile steady run/jog as opposed to jog/walk and injured calf felt good,as long as kept pace down, did try up it and calf twinge but dropped down again and was ok, on a plus cardio still not bad, fitness wise could have gone faster  and further if not for my glass legs :)
