Hi
the folks at Ron Hill are running a challenge on their social media facebook/twitter etc to promote people to run at least a mile a day during October/2015, worth getting involved a good idea plus they are giving away some prizes too.
You get can get all the details and get involved at their facebook page or twitter

(I am in no way part of running this competition I'm just sharing it as think its a good idea,so check terms and conditions etc at their site)

Firstly well done Japan in the rugby great performance!
I stuck with 3 miles jog today and deliberately slowed pace(26:30) speeded up yesterday and I need keep it slower for a while,as heal up. hard to keep pace down sometimes as feel ok and want let my legs go! but soon as gets a little too much get twinge and a reminder drop speed down and heal!
being able to jog again has helped a lot with my mood, just gives me that breathing space when depression and anxiety builds up.
off to my tv to watch rugby again!
