the folks at Ron Hill are running a challenge on their social media facebook/twitter etc to promote people to run at least a mile a day during October/2015, worth getting involved a good idea plus they are giving away some prizes too.

2 mile jog in the rain(16:43), and let down by person I was supposed to run with they asked then no show and not even a text! annoyed......

bit speedier today on the 3miler (24:50) 2 slower laps with a 7:46 mile in between which felt ok too! also I finally did a feedback session I needed do for some depression treatment I've had I find these difficult as they make me feel worse as just remind me of all my problems...

so done some things today, have a good day all

a quick 2 miler (well a slow pace 17:48)  but did the job and stretch my legs out before daily foam roller work on my injury.

Firstly well done Japan in the rugby great performance!
I stuck with 3 miles jog today and deliberately slowed pace(26:30) speeded up yesterday and I need keep it slower for a while,as heal up. hard to keep pace down sometimes as feel ok and want let my legs go! but soon as gets a little too much get twinge and a reminder drop speed down and heal!

being able to jog again has helped a lot with my mood, just gives me that breathing space when depression and anxiety builds up.

off to my tv to watch rugby again!

another 3 miler (25:29)today was a bit chilly tonight but that's fine by me, I like weather when a bit cooler for running.

Hi remembered to post my run today! nice little 3 mile jog in 26:47 not going crazy and not going push speed for a while try build up slowly and heal my leg properly!
